I love yoga because it allows me to rediscover sense of wholeness where I don’t feel like I am constantly trying to fix the troubled parts of my life.
Being a yogi, freedom for me means not being battered by the difficulties of life, because life has its ups and downs. Yoga allows me to find a state of peace that was previously unknown.
As a mom I learned patience and making real connections with people around me.
